Addressing the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Sabha at the Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium, Modi reflected on his journey from becoming Chief Minister of Gujarat in October 2001 to serving as India’s Prime Minister in an unbroken sequence. He highlighted the government’s achievements across sectors, stressing that what once seemed unimaginable had now become possible.

Citing the example of lifting 25 crore people out of poverty, Modi said India’s progress was proof of collective determination. “There is no reason for India to stop. A hundred years ago, there were less than 40 crore of us. Today, we are more than 140 crore. Together, we will build a developed India by 2047 — and we certainly will. We Will Do It,” he declared.

The slogan is being positioned as a rallying cry for unity and resilience, reinforcing Modi’s vision of Viksit Bharat (Developed India). Analysts view the message as both a celebration of his political legacy and a motivational call for the next two decades of India’s growth story.
