In the scene, Katrina’s character, Indu Pratap, addresses a large gathering on a crowded street. The actor recalled that around 2,000 to 3,000 people were present, making the moment particularly intimidating. With Ajay Devgn and Nana Patekar also on set, she had to walk onto a stage and deliver the speech despite her nervousness.

Katrina remembered that her hands were trembling before Nana offered her reassuring words: “It’s fine. It’s going to be fine.” His encouragement helped her approach the demanding sequence with greater composure.

Released in 2010, Raajneeti featured an ensemble cast that included Ranbir Kapoor, Arjun Rampal, Manoj Bajpayee, Naseeruddin Shah and Sarah Thompson alongside Katrina, Nana and Ajay. Katrina played Indu Pratap, a politically ambitious character whose journey becomes central to the film’s family and power struggles.

Nana Patekar portrayed Brij Gopal, a political strategist who helps guide the family’s decisions. The resurfaced anecdote offers a glimpse into the support actors can provide one another behind the scenes and the pressure involved in performing major sequences in front of large crowds.
