Sai Bharath, a Computer Science graduate from the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Warangal, has built a successful career in software engineering despite being born without his left hand. After completing his bachelor's degree in 2023, Bharath joined Amazon and has since progressed to the role of Software Development Engineer-II (SDE-II), reportedly earning more than ₹50 lakh per year.

According to his LinkedIn profile, Bharath joined Amazon as an SDE in January 2024 and was promoted to SDE-II in October 2026. He is currently based in Hyderabad and works with Amazon Pay, where he is involved in developing the service as a standalone application rather than as a feature within the Amazon Shopping app.

His association with Amazon began earlier, when he worked as an SDE intern in Chennai between May and July 2022. During the internship, he worked on automating internal processes using JavaScript and AWS tools.

Before joining Amazon full-time, Bharath worked as a Software Engineer at Saras Analytics and as a Backend Developer Intern at Adwaita Educare. His experience includes backend development, APIs and several AWS services.

At NIT Warangal, he was actively involved with the Computer Science and Engineering Students' Association and served as its secretary from 2020 to 2023.
