The Indian School of Business (ISB) will offer 250 scholarships every year across its flagship Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGP) and PGP in Management for Young Leaders (PGP YL), as part of initiatives announced to mark its 25th anniversary.
Under the ISB25 Scholars Programme, eligible students will receive tuition-fee waivers ranging from 25% to 100%, based on merit and financial need. The initiative is aimed at expanding access to management education for high-potential students from diverse economic, geographic and professional backgrounds.
ISB will also establish the India Research Commons, a national platform intended to provide researchers with access to curated datasets, research tools, methodological resources and AI-enabled infrastructure. The platform is designed to make research resources more accessible beyond individual institutions.
Alongside the research initiative, ISB plans to launch a national faculty development programme. It will share teaching methods, classroom practices and technology-enabled pedagogy with management institutions across India.
The initiatives form part of ISB@25, marking 25 years since the institution was established in 2001. ISB said its flagship PGP curriculum has also been reviewed following consultations with alumni, recruiters and industry, with the revised approach introducing greater flexibility, customised learning pathways and stronger alignment with changing workplace requirements.
ISB launched PGP YL in 2025 with an inaugural cohort of 130 students, more than one-third of whom received tuition waivers, according to the school.
With campuses in Hyderabad and Mohali and more than 20,000 alumni across 65 countries, ISB is positioning its next phase around wider access, stronger research and greater sharing of academic resources across India’s management education ecosystem.
