Tata Power stock outlook

Technical indicators point to continued weakness, although views differ on the immediate direction. The stock’s RSI was reported at around 32.4, indicating that it was approaching oversold territory without being deeply oversold.

Jigar S Patel of Anand Rathi identified ₹320 as support and ₹350 as resistance. He expects the stock to remain in the ₹320-360 range in the short term, with a sustained move above ₹350 potentially opening the way toward ₹360.

Virat Jagad of Bonanza Portfolio described the stock’s structure as bearish, citing lower highs, lower lows and resistance from key moving averages. He identified ₹325-326 as support, with resistance around ₹358-367.

Deepesh Sarawagi of Choice Broking said continued weakness could push Tata Power toward the ₹300 level. He noted that the stock has fallen below several key moving averages and its 200-week EMA near ₹343.81.

According to Sarawagi, a decisive break below the ₹340-326 demand zone could increase downside risks, while ₹356-360 and ₹373-380 remain important resistance areas.
