Paris Hilton and her husband Carter Reum purchased a sprawling Beverly Park estate for $63.1 million in 2025, giving their family a new home after Hilton’s Malibu property was destroyed in the January Los Angeles wildfires.

The property, located in North Beverly Park, covers approximately 6.14 acres and has around 30,500 square feet of living space. According to property records cited by the Times of India, the sale was completed on June 20, 2025, with the estate featuring 12 bedrooms and 20 bathrooms.

The mansion previously belonged to actor Mark Wahlberg and his wife Rhea Durham. Wahlberg acquired the land in 2009 and worked with architect Richard Landry to develop the French-inspired estate. He eventually sold the property in February 2023 for $55 million after initially listing it for considerably more.

One of the property's most unusual features is its private five-hole golf course and driving range. The grounds also include a sports court, skate park and resort-style swimming pool with waterfalls and waterslides.

Inside, the estate includes a grand entrance with twin staircases, a two-storey library, home theatre, gym, wine cellar and cigar lounge. The kitchen has two islands, while a separate guesthouse provides additional accommodation.

For Hilton, the purchase represents a major change after losing her Malibu home. The Beverly Park property offers significantly more space, privacy and family-oriented amenities, marking a new chapter for the entrepreneur and media personality.
