The stock touched an intraday high of ₹1,629.90, rising 4.74% from its previous close of ₹1,556.10 on October 1.

Mastek said its strategy combines domain expertise, artificial intelligence, data and engineering capabilities across its focus industries. The approach is built around three objectives: delivering measurable business outcomes, converting traditional systems of record into systems of intelligence and offering outcomes while reducing software costs.

As an initial implementation, the company has developed an AI-native CRM platform to replace its previous CRM environment. Built through its AI Center of Excellence, the system has been deployed and tested using Mastek’s “Customer Zero” approach and is now being used by its global sales and marketing teams.

The company said it is targeting a 10% improvement in win probability by using contextual information to turn its CRM into a system capable of supporting intelligence and execution.

Mastek has also developed Mastek Hub, a centralised knowledge platform designed to bring together customer case studies, project experience, proposal material and business intelligence. The company said the platform can help sales teams prepare for meetings, improve forecasting and access relevant institutional knowledge.

Mastek clarified that the initiative is not intended to transform it into a conventional software product company. Instead, it is positioning the strategy as a services-led model that combines AI, data, engineering and industry expertise to deliver evolving business capabilities.
