The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) will conduct mock tests for candidates preparing for the CA Foundation January 2027 examinations. The tests will be held in two series during December 2026, giving students an opportunity to practise exam-style questions and assess their preparation before the main examinations.
According to the schedule provided, Mock Test Series 1 will run from December 1 to 9, while Series 2 is scheduled from December 14 to 21. The tests will cover all four CA Foundation papers: Accounting, Business Laws, Quantitative Aptitude and Business Economics.
In Series 1, Accounting will be conducted on December 1, followed by Business Laws on December 3. Quantitative Aptitude is scheduled for December 7, while Business Economics will take place on December 9.
Series 2 will begin with Accounting on December 14. Business Laws will follow on December 16, Quantitative Aptitude on December 18 and Business Economics on December 21.
The Accounting and Business Laws papers are scheduled from 2 pm to 5 pm, while Quantitative Aptitude and Business Economics will run from 2 pm to 4 pm.
The mock tests will be available in physical and virtual modes. Candidates interested in taking the tests in person should contact their respective ICAI branches for details.
Students can access mock test papers and related answer material through the Board of Studies (BoS) Knowledge Portal at https://boslive.icai.org/ and the ICAI BoS Mobile App. Registration and login may be required to access the resources.
Candidates are encouraged to use both test series to practise time management, identify weak areas and revise important concepts before the January 2027 CA Foundation examinations.
