Filmmaker Rakesh Roshan’s Khandala farmhouse is a sprawling retreat spread across five acres in Maharashtra’s Western Ghats. The property, which he shares with his wife Pinkie Roshan, offers expansive spaces, views of the surrounding hills and several luxury amenities.
According to a 2021 report by Elle Decor India, the farmhouse covers around 22,400 square feet and sits on a hilltop surrounded by greenery. The property overlooks a garden and offers views of the Rajmachi Hills.
The home was designed by architect Grigoria Oikonomou of Sibha Grigoria Private Limited. Its white exterior and landscaped surroundings give the property a resort-like character while keeping it connected to the natural setting of Khandala.
