Danube Properties has introduced two real estate developments in Dubai associated with Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan. The projects include a luxury residential tower in Dubai Maritime City and a commercial office tower on Sheikh Zayed Road.
Shahrukhz Residences: Luxury Homes in Dubai
Shahrukhz Residences by Danube is a waterfront residential development offering studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, as well as penthouses. Prices reportedly start at AED 1.65 million.
The proposed payment plan requires buyers to pay 30% during construction and the remaining 70% upon handover. Completion is expected in the fourth quarter of 2029.
The development's planned features include more than 40 lifestyle amenities, a rooftop King's Club and access to a private yacht. Penthouses are expected to feature interiors designed by Gauri Khan. Wellness facilities are also planned, including a Longevity Lounge offering cryotherapy and hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
Shahrukhz: Commercial Tower on Sheikh Zayed Road
The second development, Shahrukhz by Danube, is a 55-storey Grade-A commercial office tower located on Sheikh Zayed Road. Reports state that the project sold out on its launch day.
The tower is planned to offer more than one million square feet of built-up space and over 35 amenities. These include a sky pool and rooftop helipad. The project also features a planned entrance statue depicting Shah Rukh Khan in his signature arms-outstretched pose.
The developments add to Dubai's portfolio of celebrity-associated real estate projects, combining residential and commercial property with premium lifestyle facilities. Buyers and investors should confirm prices, payment schedules, completion timelines and amenities directly with the developer before making decisions.
