Lust Stories 3 continues the anthology’s exploration of love, intimacy and desire, with a stronger focus on female sexuality and the role physical connection can play in relationships.

The franchise made an impact with its 2018 debut by openly placing desire at the centre of its storytelling. While the second instalment struggled to maintain that momentum, the new season brings together several stories that once again attempt to examine relationships from different perspectives.

Konkona Sen Sharma and Radhika Apte stand out in an otherwise uneven collection of episodes. Their performances add energy and emotional depth, helping some of the stories overcome structural weaknesses.
