A special court in Ayodhya has rejected the bail applications of three accused in the Ram Temple donation theft case, extending their judicial custody.

Special Judge Rajat Verma of the Anti‑Corruption Court dismissed the pleas filed by Avinash Shukla, Manish Kumar Yadav, and Ram Shankar Mishra, according to their lawyer Kul Shekhar Singh.

The case involves allegations of large‑scale misappropriation of donations meant for the Ram Temple Trust. Investigators have so far recovered ₹79.85 lakh, strengthening the prosecution’s claims against the accused.

The three are among eight individuals currently in custody, whose judicial remand was extended until September 21. The rejection of bail underscores the seriousness of the charges and the ongoing probe into one of the most high‑profile temple donation scandals in recent years.

The court’s decision is expected to intensify scrutiny on the case, which has already drawn significant public attention and raised questions about accountability in religious trust finances.
