Supreme Court Assures No Prosecution for Deleted Voters Filing Form 6 in Maharashtra
The Supreme Court has orally assured that voters deleted from Maharashtra’s electoral rolls will not be prosecuted merely for filing Form 6 to re-register. The court will hear a challenge to the deletions on November 5.
