India Rejects ‘Unverified Allegations’ at UN, Defends Human Rights Record

India has rejected attempts to portray the country negatively at the United Nations using unverified allegations and incomplete statistics. MEA Deputy Secretary Barkha Tamrakar called for dialogue, transparency, cooperation and non-selective approaches to international human rights discussions.
