The National Stock Exchange of India’s ₹22,561 crore IPO gathered strong demand on its second day of bidding, with the issue fully subscribed by the close of September 18.
The IPO received bids for 9.06 crore shares against 8.86 crore shares on offer, taking overall subscription to 1.02 times, according to exchange data.
The issue opened on September 17 and will remain available for subscription until September 21. NSE has fixed the price band at ₹1,700-₹1,785 per share, with a minimum lot size of eight shares. At the upper price, retail investors need ₹14,280 for one lot.
The IPO is entirely an offer for sale (OFS), meaning the proceeds will go to existing shareholders selling their stakes rather than to NSE itself.
The grey market premium was around ₹142, or nearly 8%, over the upper price band in the latest reports. GMP figures are unofficial and can change before listing.
NSE shares are scheduled to be credited on September 23, with listing planned for September 24.
