Mamitha Baiju has opened up about the health challenges she faced while shooting a song for Vishwanath & Sons in Ooty, Tamil Nadu, alongside actor Suriya.
The 25-year-old actor recalled that the weather conditions during the shoot were extremely cold and affected her health. She said she developed a 102°F fever while also dealing with asthma and allergies.
Speaking about the demanding shoot schedule, Mamitha said the team would complete their filming and then head to the hospital for a nebuliser. Her experience highlights the difficulties actors can face when working for long hours in challenging outdoor conditions, particularly when they are already dealing with respiratory issues.
Mamitha also revealed that Suriya experienced a similar health problem during the shoot. According to her account, the actor also developed a 102-degree fever while filming in Ooty.
The song sequence is part of Vishwanath & Sons, in which Mamitha and Suriya share screen space. Her comments offer a glimpse into the physical challenges that can sometimes accompany film productions, especially shoots conducted outdoors in cold weather.
