Bethlehem Kudumba Unit is set to arrive on JioHotstar on October 2, 2026, bringing a romantic comedy led by Nivin Pauly and Mamitha Baiju to streaming audiences.
Directed by Girish AD, the Malayalam film also features Sangeeth Prathap, Roshan Shanavas, Shyam Mohan, Suresh Krishna, Vinay Forrt, Srinda and Meenakshi Raveendran in key roles.
The story follows Ashley, who returns to Kerala after completing her studies in Ireland. Her return brings her face-to-face with Justin, an older man she had fallen in love with before leaving the country.
Ashley and Justin had developed a close bond through their shared passion for music. However, their relationship faced opposition from Ashley’s family, with their significant age difference becoming another major obstacle. Eventually, the two were forced to separate.
Ashley’s return to Kerala for Justin’s brother’s wedding brings the former couple together again. Their reunion makes them confront feelings that have apparently not disappeared despite the years apart.
The film revolves around whether Ashley and Justin can overcome their differences and family opposition and finally choose to build a life together.
