BJP National President and Rajya Sabha MP Nitin Nabin has donated ₹6.35 lakh, equivalent to his three‑month salary, to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund for Bihar flood victims.

In a social media post, Mr. Nabin emphasized that the government is closely monitoring the flood situation and working with full preparedness to ensure timely relief. He highlighted the deployment of National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) and State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) teams for rescue operations, alongside arrangements for relief camps, community kitchens, medical facilities, and animal fodder.

The BJP leader also noted that the process of assessing crop damage and providing assistance to farmers is underway. He informed that the state government has already disbursed over ₹550 crore in financial aid, with ₹7,000 per family allocated to households affected by the floods.

Mr. Nabin’s contribution reflects the party’s commitment to supporting disaster‑hit communities and ensuring that relief measures reach those in need. His appeal underscores the importance of collective responsibility in rebuilding lives and livelihoods in flood‑affected Bihar.
