Kerala Tourism showcased its diverse offerings at the Arabian Travel Market (ATM) in Dubai, aiming to attract more visitors from the Gulf region.
The Kerala Travel Meet, themed “Green Peace – Yalla Kerala”, highlighted the state’s unique blend of backwaters, beaches, Ayurveda, wellness, culture, and adventure tourism, positioning Kerala as a year‑round destination.
State Tourism Minister P.C. Vishnunadh emphasized Kerala’s versatility, describing it as a destination for every season. Tourism Secretary Biju K. reinforced Kerala’s global appeal, citing its recognition in international destination rankings and inviting UAE stakeholders to participate in the upcoming Kerala Travel Mart 2026.
The event also featured B2B buyer‑seller interactions, enabling Kerala’s tourism partners to connect with UAE buyers and strengthen business linkages. This initiative is expected to boost Kerala’s visibility among Gulf travellers and expand tourism exchanges.
Consul General of India in Dubai, Dr. E. Vishnu Vardhan Reddy, reaffirmed the Consulate’s support in enhancing India‑UAE tourism cooperation. He noted that tourism is a vital sector in Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of Viksit Bharat, underscoring its role in fostering stronger bilateral ties.
By showcasing its diverse tourism portfolio, Kerala is positioning itself as a distinctive global destination while deepening its engagement with the Gulf travel industry.
