Born on April 3, 2003, in Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh, Arishfa moved to Mumbai with her family and attended Ryan International School. Her early acting commitments eventually led her to continue her education through private schooling before her demanding schedule made it difficult to complete her studies.
Her mother, Arshi Naz, was a stuntwoman in the film industry and would take Arishfa to film sets. This exposure played a role in her early entry into acting.
