Brad Pitt is back as stuntman Cliff Booth in The Further Mis-Adventures of Cliff Booth, a standalone sequel to Quentin Tarantino’s 2019 film Once Upon a Time… in Hollywood. The makers have released the first trailer, offering a glimpse at Booth’s new adventure following the events of the original film.

The story picks up after Cliff Booth’s separation from actor Rick Dalton, exploring what happens to the stuntman after his time alongside the Hollywood star. Pitt reprises his role as Booth, while Timothy Olyphant returns as Western actor James Stacy.

The 90-second trailer opens with a conversation about the famous Bruce Lee incident involving a stuntman before introducing Booth. The sequence sets up the film’s connection to the world created in Once Upon a Time… in Hollywood while suggesting a new mission for Pitt’s character.

The upcoming film is set to receive a two-week exclusive theatrical run in IMAX beginning November 25, 2026, before its digital release.

The project expands the story of one of the most recognisable characters from Tarantino’s 2019 film. While the original movie centred on Booth and Rick Dalton during Hollywood’s late-1960s era, the new instalment shifts the focus more directly to Booth and his life after those events.

With Pitt returning to the role, the film is expected to attract audiences familiar with the original movie while introducing a new chapter in Cliff Booth’s story.
