Ajay Devgn’s Drishyam franchise will come to an end with its third installment, Drishyam: The Conclusion. Director Abhishek Pathak has confirmed that there will be no fourth film in the Hindi franchise.

The film is scheduled to release on October 2 and will continue the story established in the earlier Hindi installments. Pathak also clarified that the Hindi film is following a different creative direction from the Malayalam Drishyam franchise led by Mohanlal.

According to Pathak, the two versions are now moving along separate storylines with different screenplays. He indicated that the Malayalam franchise could continue if its makers have another story to tell, while the Hindi series will conclude with its upcoming third part.

The Drishyam franchise began in Hindi with Ajay Devgn in the lead and went on to become one of the prominent suspense-driven film series in Bollywood. The Malayalam original, starring Mohanlal, has developed independently with its own narrative progression.

With Drishyam: The Conclusion, Pathak is now bringing the Hindi storyline to its planned conclusion rather than extending it into another installment.
