Maharashtra’s Prem Khandle emerged as the overall champion of the FIM Moto Mini India Series 2026, held in Bengaluru, showcasing the rising talent in Indian motorsport.
The 14‑year‑old rider from Palghar topped the leaderboard after three intense rounds featuring ten races between September 25 and 27. Chennai’s Rian Sarath finished second, while Rithin Sai A from Coimbatore secured third place, completing a podium dominated by India’s next generation of racers.
The Moto Mini India Series is a structured platform for riders aged 10 to 14, designed to nurture racing skills and prepare them for international competition. With its competitive format and professional training environment, the series has quickly become a breeding ground for future champions.
As part of their reward, the top two riders — Prem Khandle and Rian Sarath — will represent India at the FIM Moto Mini World Series in Valencia, Spain, scheduled from November 22 to 26, ahead of the final round of the prestigious FIM MotoGP.
Officials hailed the event as a milestone in India’s motorsport journey, emphasizing that such grassroots initiatives are vital to building a pipeline of talent capable of competing on the global stage.
