Fahadh Faasil’s Don’t Trouble The Trouble opened in theatres with a ₹1.65 crore net collection in India on Day 1, according to the figures cited in the source report. The Telugu film recorded around 25% occupancy across approximately 1,200 shows.
The film’s Telugu version contributed the bulk of the opening-day earnings at ₹1.44 crore. Its Malayalam dubbed version collected around ₹17 lakh, while the Tamil version earned approximately ₹4 lakh.
Despite releasing on a national holiday and receiving promotional support, the film registered a relatively measured opening. Its performance over the next few days is expected to depend on audience response and word of mouth.
The opening also represents an increase compared with Fahadh Faasil’s previous solo-lead release, Odum Kuthira Chaadum Kuthira. That film reportedly collected ₹75 lakh net on its opening day in 2025. Based on the cited figures, Don’t Trouble The Trouble recorded a 120% higher opening.
Directed by Shashank Yeleti, the film features Fahadh as Suri and Ssara Palekar as Divya. The story follows Suri, a fraudster who plans to kidnap a wealthy family’s child to repay a ₹25 lakh debt but encounters unexpected complications involving the girl’s supernatural abilities.
The film is presented by S. S. Rajamouli and produced by S. S. Karthikeya, Shobu Yarlagadda and Prasad Devineni.
