Just days after the Jamui incident, another disturbing case of child abuse has emerged from Samastipur district, Bihar, where a minor girl was molested in broad daylight.

A 59‑second video of the incident shows the girl struggling to walk away as the accused forcibly pulled, touched, and even dragged her on the road. The video quickly went viral, sparking outrage across the state.

Samastipur police confirmed that all four accused have been arrested and a case has been registered under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, and the Information Technology (IT) Act. Authorities said they acted swiftly after identifying the culprits, ensuring strict legal action.
